Airtime usage is billed in full minute increments and is rounded up to the next full minute. See a Cingular Prepaid Rate Brochure for details on rate plans and service charges. Directory Assistance calls will incur an additional charge. There is not charge for calls to Prepaid Customer Service (611) and emergency (911).
