Confirm that you’re an EZlink customer and have a valid account by calling the EZlink help line at 877-Load-PIN (877-562-3746) and enter your EZlink phone number.)

1. Call the EZlink help line 877-Load-PIN (877-562-3746)
2. Choose option 1 (“Check Balances and Load Airtime”)
3. When prompted, enter your EZlink phone number, and enter the PIN. You’re done!
