EZlink NEXT features one low rate of just 12 cents per minute, 24 hours a day. Peak Calling Hours:
Weekdays: 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Off-Peak Hours:

Weekdays: 9:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Weekends: 9:00 p.m. Friday - 7:00 a.m. Monday

Minutes balance may be decremented based on talk time, text messaging and other usage fees - see EZlink Terms and Conditions. **Voice calls will be charged the Airtime rate for each minute used, plus one additional minute per call, plus the charge of any feature used.


The EZlink NEXT plan is prepaid wireless with a flat 12 cents per minute rate night or day, plus a 1 minute surcharge per call, on the nation’s largest GSM network. You get all this with no daily fee.

(Be sure that you are an EZlink customer and that your service is active or temporarily suspended. Disconnected accounts can not be reloaded and there is no refund for the PIN. Confirm that you’re an EZlink customer and have a valid account by calling the EZlink help line at 877-Load-PIN (877-562-3746) and enter your EZlink phone number.)

1. Call the EZlink help line 877-Load-PIN (877-562-3746)
2. Choose option 1 (“Check Balances and Load Airtime”)
3. When prompted, enter your EZlink phone number, and enter the PIN. You’re done!
