INTRASTATE RATE:Due to intrastate regulation, when making a call within a single state, such as calling from one city to another in Texas, add 1/2 cent per minute to the stated USA rate. Calls beyond the state line or to other countries are not affected by this change.

Calling Instructions:

1. Dial 1-800-519-4757 from 48 States and Canada.
2. At the prompt, enter your PIN number.
3. After the prompt, dial the number you are calling. For calls within the USA, press 1 + Area Code + Number. For international calls, press 011 + Country Code + City Code + Number + #.

Recharge your Minute by Minute card in, well, a couple of minutes. Go to www.zaptel.com and sign into your account, add up to $100 with a Mastercard, Discover, VISA, American Express or PayPal account. Also supports PinZAP pinless dialing so you don't have to enter your pin number each time you make a call.
